Artis were recommended to us by a company we used to project manage the introduction of call centres. We were looking to have a completely new centre at our West Bromwich office with a predicated go live date of March 09. After an interview with Mark Lightburn we decided to commission their services to find us a Head of Customer First.
Mark was keen to understand our business need, our priorities and to get a sense of the weighting we would place on the different aspects of the job. He added to our understanding of the job and we reached a clear and shared understanding of what a good outcome would look like. He understood we were committed to involving residents/tenants in our selection process and was keen to brief candidates.
