South West Contact Centre Forum Awards 2009
As the region's leading senior Customer Contact recruitment specialist Artis are proud to be associated with the South West Contact Centre Forum. We're also proud to be keynote sponsors of this year's regional industry Awards. The gala dinner (and masque ball!!), organised by the Forum and held on 18th June at the prestigious Bristol Hotel, saw some of the South West's top employers come together to celebrate their achievements.
Awards were given both for exceptional personal performance and to those organisations who have embodied best practice across a number of themes. Artis Customer Contact presented two awards, and we're pleased to showcase the winners of these awards below:

Rounding off the night, and recognising the impact made across the opertations of what is a large and complex centre, was the Contact centre Manager of the year Award for centres over 100 FTE which went to Amanda Cooper at Computershare...
